The Difference is You Counselling and Life Coaching
The Difference is You Counselling and Life Coaching practice was created due to my own struggles in life, particularly when dealing with negative workplaces. I have also discovered through out my life that I have a strong ability to overcome adversity, level up and seek out opportunities. I am here to share all of that knowledge with everyone I possibly can. I have learned how to fight back against rigged systems and how to seek out the right people to best create changes I need.
Using a combination of techniques rooted in psychology and extensive life experience, the goal is to put people on a path that is more positive, independent and is rich in meaning. I am holistic and traditional in my views and approaches.
Whether people are needing support that cannot be found elsewhere or perhaps needing some help with a new direction in life, this is a dual role practice that strives to provide assistance in both areas.
The purpose of the Difference is You Counselling and Life Coaching is to guide people to better navigate the balance between attending to daily responsibilities in a healthier manner that also allows people time to explore their heartfelt joys and passions.
Sarah M. Lueth
Founder and Lead Counsellor
The Difference is You Counselling and Life Coaching was created by Sarah in 2024. She herself knows only too well the struggles that many people endure through their lives. She has found herself at the forefront often in regard to being a trusted advisor or friend to lean on during a crisis. Sarah has worked extensively and globally in professions involving heavy contact with the public and communities strong in diversity.

Her experience ranges from sales management in the US automotive industry to event planning for expos that cater to people with disabilities. Sarah found her time in the NDIS community incredibly fulfilling and was just another sign that making a difference was her true calling. Her caring side also inspired her to venture to Zimbabwe to conduct philanthropy and the center for orphaned children she provided support for exists to this the very day. It is Sarah’s goal to spend her time on this early making a difference in the lives of as many people as possible.

The life coaching side Sarah was equally inspired to incorporate in her practice. Over the years, Sarah has spent literal hours engaged in studies on mindset and sales strategies. She has used these skills and her own high level of self confidence to surpass many barriers and achieve success. Sarah has spent many hours online conducting volunteer work showing people how to overcome mental barriers and secure better opportunities in their lives and level up. Leading a strong example with her never say die attitude and capability, she found others wanted to learn the secrets to her success. Sarah is a big believer in taking the initiative to reach out and find success and taking accountability for choices and issues in our lives. It is Sarah‘s goal to teach her mindset to others and advise them how they too can connect with key decision makers, make valuable alliances and leverage those connections to achieve success.

She currently has her Diploma in Counselling and is continuing her studies with a Bachelor in Counselling at the start of 2025. She is also a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA member #28579)
When Sarah is not engaged in helping people live their fullest lives, she finds joy in spending time with her beautiful daughter and loving husband. She enjoys fitness, acting, reading, running and travel. She is a dual citizen of both Australia and the USA where she spent half her life and considers both places her home.
